About Us

Hello, my name is Steven Cotter. I appreciate you taking the time to learn a little about S&P Services, Inc. Our company is dedicated to providing exceptional service. We are a service company, which is how we intend to build our business, by satisfying our customers with the best service available.

I learned structural pest prevention from two of the most comprehensive Integrated Pest Management programs in the world. On the commercial side of the industry, I learned from the Walt Disney World Company. I worked in resturaunts, convention centers, hotels and animal holding facilities that sheltered everything from fish and birds, to giraffes and zebras. In these sensitive areas I learned the importance of safety - not only for the customer, but also the environment.

My residential experience was gained through my employment at Massey Services, Inc. Their I realized the trust a homeowner puts in the individual who is servicing the most private areas of their homes. In a residential situation, exterior preventative treatments after interior elimination is the safest, most convenient way to protect a home. Mr. Massey developed the exterior preventative treatment as opposed to the routing interior applications of the normal pest control company. I am grateful I had the opportunity to learn these important skills.

Through my experience at both of these companies, I also learned that a pest free home or business is not enough to create satisfied customers. The service must also be safe, convenient and affordable. This is what we strive for.

My name is Patrick Carlisle - I grew up in Western KY and have worked there for most of my life. I graduated with a bachelors degree in Science with an emphasis on agriculture. My love for working with people and being outdoors is what influenced me to pursue the pest control industry. I would appreciate the opportunity to serve as your pest service provider.
